Entra ID and Microsoft 365 login
Connects Workseed to the customer's Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). This allows users to access Workseed with single login to a Microsoft 365 account. The connection enables centralized access management and improves security. Implementing the connection requires the involvement of the customer's IT department.
Dynamics CRM
Workseed can be integrated into the Dynamics customer relationship management system widely used by higher education institutions. The interface transfers student internship events and related information to the customer information system. Information in the customer information system is transferred to Workseed, where it can be utilized to reduce the amount of manually entered data.
Salesforce
Workseed can be integrated with the Salesforce customer relationship management system. The interface can be used, for example, to automate user management, manage performance records, or develop analytics. There is a ready-made basis for integration, but it is customized to the user's needs.
Turnitin
Turnitin is a widely used plagiarism control tool. With the integration, it can be directly incorporated into Workseed. Students submit their assignments as usual, and the check does not cause any extra work. Teachers can view the results of the Turnitin check directly from the Workseed report. The integration requires the educational institution to have a valid Turnitin subscription.
SimTrainer

LTI
Integrations using the LTI standard help, for example, to avoid unnecessary logins to parallel information systems, or facilitate the automatic transfer of interactive activity results from one system to another. Workseed is compatible with LTI standard versions 1.0, 1.1, and 1.3.

Scorm
SCORM enables the use of online content on different platforms without the need to switch from one platform to another or purchase new information systems for the organization, which would affect teaching or course completion. Workseed supports SCORM version 1.2, which supports, for example, automatic scoring and pass/fail information in Workseed reports.

H5P
H5P is an add-on that provides interactive content creation tools, which can be connected to any normal Workseed environment upon request. The H5P add-on provides Workseed with many new interactive possibilities for creating knowledge-based tasks and learning materials.
